I'm afraid the infection may be back on my right big toe. I was doing my foot check last night and I noticed that I had a spot about the size of a pencil lead that is all black. It looks like a blood blister but it's not. It's under the skin, and my toe is warm to the touch. I hope it isn't infected again. I don't feel much pain because of the reduced feeling from Diabetic Neoropathy. Ginger is going to call wound care up in Hancock and see if I can get in today to have it looked at. She's in bed for a few hours and then at about 9:15 am she'll make the call. If I can get in today I'll also get my new glasses from Walmart Houghton. I hope there is nothing wrong with my toe. I'm back to wearing my special book to prohibit my toe from having any weight put upon it and from bending. I'm nervous and Ginger was almost physically ill last night. Ginger made the call and found out they are closed even after telling us they would be open. Now we have to wait until Monday to have it looked at. I'm still wearing that special boot. I'm ready to take the damn thing to throw it away. It's so uncomfortable. Oh well what do you do.
Happy Anniversary Dad and Sue.
