Hey there, it's Ginger.
Not a lot to report. We made a quick trip to Houghton today. I'm thinking now that we have a more fuel efficient vehicle I'm guessing we'll be doing that a lot more often. Which overall will help us save money.
We didn't get much today, Jeremy and I each needed a new pair of shoes for the meetings at the Kingdom Hall. We have such a hard time finding shoes that fit him because he has such wide feet and because they swell so much. My size is a very common size and because I'm taller than most I try to find flats. Finding flats that are comfortable and that I like is hard, so it's not all that common to find shoes for me. Thankfully, we both found shoes, Jeremy at Payless, me at Walmart.
We also picked up a few things for my trip to Milwaukee next month. I'm so excited to be able to get to the convention. There's going to be about 38,000 at Miller Park Stadium, I'm pretty sure that will be the biggest convention I've ever been to. The one in '77 might have been bigger, but i was so little (I think that was in Milwaukee too) that I only remember the tornado we had one night and that the steps were funny looking (they were escalators that were turned off) and I wondered why there were so many steps.
Okay, I'm supposed to be asleep, it's my weekend off, but of course I'm used to working midnights and can't sleep. I did get about 4 hours or so but now that I woke up, I can't get back to sleep. So I'm here sitting on the couch, watching tv and crocheting a sweater.
