* a steady west to northwest flow of very cold Arctic air will
cause wind chills to fall as low as 25 to 35 below zero late
tonight through Sunday morning.
* As the core of the extremely cold airmass moves overhead
early next week...wind chills on Sunday night into Tuesday
morning may fall as low as 35 to 50 below zero.
Impacts...
* with wind chills as low as expected tonight into Tuesday...
you could suffer frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15
to 30 minutes.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
* you should prepare now for the intense cold expected tonight
and early next week and avoid prolonged exposure outdoors
