It's a beautiful day. 51 and sunny but I can't warm up. I'm shivering. I think it's time to find a sweatshirt. It's supposed to warm up for the next week or so with temps in the 40's, 50's and 60's. I hope this means Spring is here.

My fasting blood sugar this morning was 101. Another good number. I'm trying to make a game out of the good numbers to help me stay interested. So far I'm interested. I hope I can keep it up err down.
