I am really trying to live a normal schedule but am having a very hard time of it. Up between 7 and 730am and in bed no later than 11. My problem is I'm just not tired at 11. For my health it has to be this way. I'm not sure if anyone has seen the My Fitness Pal widget at the bottom of the blog. Since Monday I have lost 13 lbs. No don't start thinking it's only 13 lbs. I've been working my ass off trying to eat right and test my blood and do everything right. My diuretics were increased from 4 mg's to 6 mg's a day but I've also got to watch how much I drink during the day. Keep your thoughts to yourself. I'm committed to this. Ginger needs her husband. I've started the ball rolling for Bariatric Surgery again. This time my food log is all true and not things I've made up. It's time to do this and do it right.
