After feeling crappy all day I went on a carb binge and my bgl shot up to 351 and I injected 50 units on fast acting insulin. And 1.5 hours later my bgl is back down to 87. WTF???? I drank 6oz of juice 30 minutes later I'm back to 119. 30 minutes more 150. Ok lets see what I'm going to do next. I'm still shaky. It's got to be from the stress the flu is causing my body. I'm just whooped. I'm going to bake potato tomorrow.
