 Special Statement

... Snow and blowing snow to overspread Upper Michigan on Sunday...

A low pressure system currently in the northern rockies will quickly
approach Upper Michigan on Sunday. This system will spread light to
moderate snow from west to east across Upper Michigan. Much of the
area is expected to see 2 to 4 inches of snow through Sunday evening.
In addition to the snow... gusty southeast winds are expected on
Sunday afternoon... which may produce areas of blowing snow and
reduced visibility.

If you are planning on traveling on Sunday... allow extra time to
reach your destination as roads may become snow covered and slippery.
Stay tuned to later forecasts from the National Weather Service in
Marquette for further information on this system.
