The National Weather Service in Marquette has issued a lake
effect Snow Advisory for lake effect snow... which is in effect from
7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ this evening to 11 am EST /10 am CST/ Thursday.

Hazardous weather...

* light to moderate lake effect snow will develop this evening
   before diminishing late Thursday.

* Expect storm total snow accumulations this evening through
   Thursday of 2 to 7 inches... with less near Lake Superior near
   Ontonagon. The highest accumulations will be over the higher
   terrain from Bergland to Ironwood.

* the snow will make for slick roadways... make driving difficult at
   times.
