The weather has finally turned nice again. It rained for what seemed like forever. The grass needs to be mowed. I'll go out and mow the front yard tomorrow after the meeting. We're loving our new phones. I've uploaded all of my ebooks to both phones and Ginger is loving that. I've downloaded a bunch of apps that makes the phone all that more fun. Mostly weather apps that offer Doppler radar. I like to watch the storms build up off of the lake and learn about the weather. The older I get the more interesting things get.

I got bored looking at the purple on the cover of my netbook so I made a skin. I decided to make one rather than pay for one. I printed a picture from the internet. Used double sided tape so the picture wouldn't move.  And covered the picture with clear contact paper. It looks ok. I like it. You can definitely tell it's home made but I don't care.

I'm going to make one for smartphone next. I'm not sure what I'm going to use for the picture but I'll look around for a nice pic.

We went and saw the Orthopedist up in Houghton yesterday. He said I don't need surgery but I do need to wear the special shoe for another 3 weeks. I hate that damn shoe. The only time my toe hurts is when I wear it. I learned when I was a kid if something hurts then don't do it. So why the hell am I wearing the damn shoe?
