It's going to be hot and humid today. Thankfully we have the fans downstairs and the ac upstairs. My feet are swollen and painful. We've got an appointment with Winnie today. I don't feel like going but if I don't I'll get myself into a rut with my D care. This week has been rough with D so I think seeing Winnie will be good and help me get back on track.
