We had some wild weather a couple of days ago. I wasn't impressed.

Ginger just called and told me she may be working a double tonight and definitely Friday night. The DON of LTC just isn't doing her job. She lets too many people get away with calling in. 5 out of 7 days someone calls in for the day shift. It's crazy. I know I called in at least once every 3 months but here people are getting almost 14 more days off plus their vacations. It's just not right.
