It's cold. I had to turn the furnace back on to warm the house up.

Today is mine and Gingers wedding anniversary. We've been married for 7 years. Damn they just flew by. Ginger's folks and Sister Sarah gave us some money and we're going to buy the porch swing that's up at Pamida. Ginger put it on layaway last week so we're going to pick it up tomorrow. We were going to do that today but it was just too cold and damp. Hopefully we can pick it up and put it together tomorrow. Ginger has been in bed for most of the day. I think the cold damp weather is beating on her.

Things have started to look up with me going to the meetings at the Kingdom Hall again. I can't believe how much better I feel just getting out and being part of our congregation again. Sister Sarah has been a big help with getting my brain working again. We're having an informal study but I'll soon have to start studying with a Brother. I'm not sure whom I'll feel most comfortable with yet. I've still got time to get to know everyone. There are so many new faces. I made a new friend last night. We have a Downs Child and from what everyone has said she's very reserved and doesn't and doesn't really get close to anyone. Well last night before the meeting she gave me a big hug. I thought that was really great. Everyone was shocked including me. It makes me feel really good to know I'm having an effect of someone other than myself and Ginger. Plus it was really sweet. It just made my heart really happy.

Ginger just came downstairs. She just told me if I go to bed she'll go up too. I'm not going to bed anytime soon.
