>Race season is upon us. We watched the Bud Shootout on Saturday night and what a great race that was. There was a ton of lead changes and fast speed. I just loved it. In the draft they were clocking 206mph. They haven't had speeds like that since Bill Elliot hit 210 twenty five years ago. There is talk that Nascar is going to have teams install a pressure valve that pops off at 230 or 240 degrees so that they can't stay stuck up behind other cars and make the two car break aways like they were doing on Saturday night. What they want is to have the cars stay bunched up which wouldn't be bad. I'm so excited about this season.

We have really warmed up the last few days and it's going to be beautiful all week. Temps in the mid 30's to low 40's. I can take that. Ginger and I think we've fixed the problem with the ice dams. We removed the insulation from the sofett in attic and put a fan up there for air circulation. It seems to be working so far. I learned about this by doing a Google search. I just love Google.
