Jeremy is off of the lung / heart by pass machine, functioning on his own. What a relief!

They still have to close him up and then the doctor will be out to talk to me.

I'm crying again, this time with relief. I know there's a long road a head, but, his heart is beating, that's a great start.

Jeremy had said many times that the thing that scared him the most was the fact that they had to stop his heart for the surgery.

It's now been restarted, I'm so relieved!
