I went to the hotel room early last night, about 5:30 or so right before supper was served. Jeremy was feeling tired and said he was going to nap more after supper. And I was pooped too, so it didn't seem like a problem.

At 8:30 I got a call from Barb, Jeremy's RN that he had a temperature of 101.8 and that they had the lab come down and draw speciments (more than just blood) to run tests to see what's going on. At about 10 pm his fever broke and he stabilized. They've adjusted meds and added a few more. And the upgraded his status to him being a patient of the CICU, they had downgraded it on Saturday. Right now they have to keep him in the CICU b/c of the meds he's on, where ever they were going to move him doesn't administer some of the meds he's on, so he's going to stay in the CICU for today at least.

I'm starting to feel like I'm never going to spring him out of this place.

Our timing has been off too. By the time I get here, he's ready for a nap, so I go off and do things and then by the time I get back he's walked eaten and is ready for another nap. It's frustrating and I'm working on breaking the cycle.

Okay, I'm off to find sugar free hard candy at Walmart. It's been helping with him feeling so dry, he hasn't needed to drink as much.
