Ginger and I have been living her 3rd shift schedule for a while now. Even though I was a creature of the night back in my working days, staying up all night is for the birds now.
When I got up this evening my feet and legs actually felt pretty good, but now as it's the middle of the night my feet and legs are screaming with bee stings and swelling. I found a new cream Neuragen on Dlife that helps with the pain but damn it's expensive. $39.99 for .5 oz. The drug store gave us a sample that we had to mix with hand cream so it would go further but it will only last a couple days at best. I wish we could get a box of samples but that's just a pipe dream. I'm going to talk to my Diabetes Educator about this stuff and see what she says about it. Maybe she can get samples??? I haven't talked to Winnie in about 3 months. I think it's time to make an appointment to see her.
I'm going to make it a point to keep everyone updated as to what is going on here in Ontonagon. I guess I just got lazy with this site since it's so easy to just post at Facebook. It wasn't my intention to get you guys worried about a site change. So no harm done. Dad and Uncle Lennie you guys can close your Facebook sites down. Life in a Northern Town will stay open and updated.
