Earlier this week in my web surfing I found a new tv show. It's actually a reality show that PBS made back in 05. It's called Carrier. The show follows a bunch of sailors on the USS Nimitz while on a 6 month deployment. I've sat through a couple of episodes and am totally enthralled with it. I always wanted to join the Navy but due to preexisting health problems I couldn't join up. The show, shows what life is really like on and aircraft carrier and the navy. While Ginger and I don't own any dvd's or a dvd player I would still like to own this show on dvd. I can watch dvd's on the computer. Ginger and I do own a vcr but to tell you the truth I have no idea where the hell it is. We use to tape the races so we could watch them over the winter when we were bumming about the off season but we stopped doing it.

It's 70 today but supposed to turn off cold again tonight. The weather changes are killing me. I have another appointment with the new doc here in town to get an increase in my pain killers or to maybe change them entirely. They are not doing much so I'm not against making a change.

Tomorrow starts Gins 4 days off. I love the time off she gets. I think we're going to make pasties or peroggies. That will be fun.

I just got a new book in the mail. Lone Survivor by Marcus Lutrell. It's a really great book and it has made me even more proud to be an American. I think this book should be on every Americans must read list.
