We are now Winblows and Microcrap free. I installed Kubuntu 8.04 on my system this afternoon and all seems to be running well. I installed Kubuntu last week on Gins computer and she hasn't had any trouble. I am going to miss Flight Sim X and Nascar SimRacing but Linux has their own sims I'll have to get used to. I really like the Linux operating system and it being open source. Open source means that any one can get and fiddle with the source code and design software or upgrades to already available software and customize it any way they like. I don't claim to be a great computer programmer but I like to fool around with code and see what I can get software to do.

I haven't touched my general class ham radio liscence study book in a week. I need to get back into study so when the test session comes around I'll be ready. I guess I've just been lazy. I haven't felt very good so I'll blame things on that. Ok gotta run NCIS is on and I'm really into the show. I've already seen this episode but I've really got a thing for Abby and Ziva. They are so flighty and they just make me laugh.
