I got the sound back up and running. I had to reinstall Kubuntu to do it though. It's cold and crappy out side. It's in the 30's and threatening snow. I'm watching a dvd of Springsteen that was shot on July, 31 2008 from Giants Stadium in NJ. I actually got 3 shows on 6 dvd's for the nights of 7/27, 7/28 and 7/31. They are great shows. You can tell they were shot from cameras held by the fans but that's ok. It kinda makes the shows all that much better. Well not much new here. I never did get out and take pictures of the foliage. Oh well. Maybe next year.
