Five minutes with the surgeon. They will set things up with Takala's office for me to come in for a preop physical and then we will schedule surgery. We are looking at probably the first week in July. The surgeon says just a local anesthetic should be good. I'm really hoping that this all gets fixed.

We put the truck away and only going to use it when it's raining and for grocery shopping. we just can't afford to run the damn thing. Ginger is going to be walking to and from work. thankfully we don't live far from the hospital. It's less than a mile. We picked up a bike yesterday but it needs it's seat adjusted. We'll fix that and it should be good to go.

My feet a pretty sore today. They feel like they have road rash all over them. It hurts to walk and even touch them. The skin is very dry so I've been rubbing hand and foot cream on them. It seems to help them feel a lit better. I'm trying to lay off the pain meds so I don't run out again. I don't ever want that to happen again.
