We had to park the truck on Monday. The battery wasn't charging. We brought the truck up to the dealer this morning and found out it was the battery and alternator. The good thing is the dealer is only charging us one hundred bucks and we can pay that over time if we want. When we get my check we'll send them the hundred bucks. I think I'll have to take back my bad thoughts about them. First it was the oil. I still have no idea where it went but since we changed the oil it seems to be fine. Now the electrical. We've only had it for 2 weeks. Big Valley did treat us good.

We just scheduled an appointment for surgery for me about my neck. The abscesses are the size of my fist on both sides and the infection has gone up all the way to the base of my skull and it's giving me terrible headaches. I've been putting the heating pad on the back of my neck at night and it drains pretty good but just not enough. I've also started growing a skin tag on the right hand side on top of the abscess. I don't know what to make of that but I'm sure the surgeon with have an answer. So we to Marquette on the 3rd for 1 pm and find out what's what.

Baseball season is here. I watched both Sox games from Japan. They looked a bit peaked to me. Maybe it's just some winter frost. I'm thinking about getting MLB Extra Innings so I can see the Sox play. I miss watching them. I miss the heck out of Fenway.

I talked with Levi last night about maybe him coming out for a visit over the summer. I told him not to get his hopes up. His Mom may have something else planned for him. I think also we have to get stronger together. Bringing him out here is a big step and I don't think either one of us is really ready yet. I'd love to see him though. I think we'd have a blast together. I'd take him fishing, four wheeling in the truck, maybe even take him out on the big lake with one of sonny's boats. I'd have to get a lot healthier to do most of that though. Now that is a great goal. I'll work on it so maybe he and I can go.
