I've been spending the last few days just taking things easy. Fibro is just screaming and I'm having a hard time getting around. Ginger made nachos yesterday for supper and all the salt reacted in me very fast. It's almost like I'm allergic. Within a few hours my legs and ankles were twice their normal size. The pee pills have been working overtime all day today. The dogs have been watching the AKC dog show on Discovery Channel. They haven't even wanted to go outside.
