The weather has warmed up some. It's 22 and cloudy right now. My fibro is screaming and it hurts to just sit and watch tv. I've been having to use my pain meds to try and function but it's not helping very much. One of the cats rubbed up against me this morning and I thought I was going to jump out of my skin it hurt so bad. The more pain meds I take the more constipated I get. I'm taking stool softeners and using fiber supplements but it's not helping very much.
