Today is not a good day for me. I'm having a pretty bad fibro flair. Every muscle in my body is tight like I have over used them and are on fire. I feel like just curling up into a ball and crying. On Gingers next day off I going to have her take me to the hot tub over at the Americ Inn in Silver City so I can relax my muscles. Being in the hot tub is about the only time when I can almost relax my muscles. I feel good for a couple days usually after going to the hot tub.

I'm sitting here listening to a podcast (downloadable radio show) for ham radio. I've decided to buckle down and get my licence. I don't need to learn Morse code anymore. I've always had a fascination for radio so with all my time I'm doing something about it. The name of the show is ham radio podclass.
