96 degrees today. Ginger and are turning into puddles. We also had the bright idea of making potato salad. Gin decided after the potatoes were peeled and the eggs were cooked that she only wanted egg salad sandwiches so I'll cook the potatoes tomorrow when it cools off some.

I just got Brad Paisley's new album 5th gear. I got it from a buddy of mine. Brad Paisley is by far one of my favorite artists. He can play the heck out of a guitar.

Ginger has been teasing me about writing to companies about how I feel about their products and calling the letters the dreaded Hanson Letters. I just have a thing about companies that have distasteful commercials and stuff. In the last 3 or so years I've turned into some kind of activist or something. The last company I've written to is the for Boniva. It's the commercial that has Sally Field stating that she doesn't like to have to take "time out" to take a pill once a week. Come on give me a break. I take 20 different medications every day and it isn't really that much of a hassle so come on 1 pill a week? Get out!!! There are other commercials that have things that are different in every scene. Maybe I just have too much time on my hands but I enjoy writing to these companies and calling them out on the carpet.
