It's snowing. Wet heavy fun stuff. I went to see my Diabetes Counselor this morning. She gave me a few ideas about snacks at night if I feel like I need one. 3 cups of non salted popcorn with a few shakes of parmasian cheese. I like popcorn so I'll start eating that if I need a snack. I don't normally need a snack at night but if I do I have a low carb alternative. My numbers have been in the 200's when I wake up. That's down from where it used to be but still not down low enough. I'm shoot for between 100 and 150. The prunes have been messing me up during the night so I'm going to cut them out except for breakfast.
