What a wonderful weekend Ginger and I had. The races were spectacular and the pizza was even better. Now we've got 90 days until the Daytona 500.

I'm having a very tough time breathing this morning. I can only take about a half a breath and when I walk I start getting chest pains. I'm not sure if this is from constipation like usual or what. I've been real good with the Tylenol #4 but you never know. I'll not take any today and try to add some fiber into my diet and see how things go.
