Ginger brought me home a walker to help me get in and out of the shower and for when I'm not so steady on my feet. I'm not liking what this thing represents but I am happy to have it. In the last week I've gone from 312 to 303 so I'm back into the loosing process again. I just have to stay away from the salt.

Gins got Thursday off and we have to go see my nutty doctor for a check in with the meds. All is ok with the meds I think. I don't like having to take them but for now I have to.
