Fun, fun, fun. I think I know partly why I've been feeling like crap. I haven't had my potassium pill in almost a month. I need to take a potassium pill because I take a diuretic. When people take a diuretic they pee out potassium, and a low potassium level can kill. I called Ginger at work and told her that I wasn't on potassium for a month and I needed her to go to Inntown and pick it up. She sounded pretty upset about not giving it too me. but hey it was an accident. We need to find a better way of keeping track of my meds so this doesn't happen again.
