63 and rain. Well we need it and I would rather have rain than snow. Lake Superior is down I believe 11 inches. It's hard to believe that the lake freezes up as far as you can see. I guess that some winters it totally freezes over and the Coast Guard has to send both of there Cutters out to break it up. The last two winters were awesome when storms would come in the water would just come pounding in and the ice would build up like nothing I have ever seen. I plan on getting a bunch of pictures this winter and post them here so you all can see them. The snow is crazy here too. It those lake effect snow showers that get us. It just keeps coming and coming and coming. I have a buddy who works for Department of Natural Recourses and he told me we get about 300 inches a year. Wow that's a lot of snow hey. I still haven't gotten my snowblower fixed from last year. It's only good for about 4 inches at a time so it isn't much good to us. I think I'm going to have to break down and buy a new one. I'd hire someone to plow but they are few and far between. Most everyone has four wheelers and snowmobiles so they park there cars for the winter and ride the snowmachines. That's legal here. You can ride them everywhere. Snowmobiling is huge up here. That is where the most money comes in for business. There are trails everywhere that lead to everywhere. There is even a trail that goes all the way to Green Bay and is groomed. Yeah no kidding that is so cool. I hope maybe someday we'll be able to get a four wheeler, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
